Our beef korma follows a royal Mughal recipe where we slow-braise tender beef in a sauce enriched with fresh cream, ground almonds, and a touch of sugar. The result is a pale golden curry that's impossibly rich and aromatic, with cardamom and rose water adding delicate floral notes.
