Mushroom Cooked In A Sauce Of Garlic Onions & Spices
We use a mix of button and portobello mushrooms, slicing them thick so they maintain their meaty texture through cooking. The mushrooms release their earthy juices as they sauté with garlic and onions, creating a rich base that we enhance with ground coriander and cumin. The final dish has an almost gravy-like consistency from the concentrated mushroom flavours, perfect for mopping up with warm bread.
