Our vindaloo stays true to its Portuguese-Goan roots with tender beef and potatoes swimming in a fiery sauce made with dried red chilies, vinegar, and aromatic spices like cinnamon and cloves. We marinate the beef in this tangy, spiced paste overnight, then slow-cook everything until the potatoes are creamy and the meat falls apart with your fork.
